In this episode Tiffany and Laura really dig deep into the doubts and challenges you face in deciding to homeschool or not. They also talk about the lull in homeschooling that many moms feel during a particularly tough season.
Have you ever considered homeschooling your child? Or maybe you are a homeschool mom and really don’t know if you can handle another day of multiplication and Latin declensions.
We’ve got hope and lots of encouragement for you mama!!
Tiffany and Laura discuss the calling of homeschool and address the questions ‘how do you know you are qualified??’ Well the secret is this…YOU ARE QUALIFIED!! You are the parent. You know your child best.
In this episode, Tiffany and Laura solidify the doubts with scripture and many statistics that maybe you didn’t know about. They really believe that when you are homeschooled you can foster a love of learning in a whole new way than being in a classroom setting. You can focus on your child’s passions and give them the freedom to be a child.
They also discuss some of the sacrifices they have made to be at home and educate their children. They talk about many different ways they try to bring in income for their family and how they work to budget their money to make it possible to stay at home and educate their kids. Also, how the benefits of staying at home by far outweighs the peer pressure and cultural expectations.
This episode is one you won’t want to miss!!

her Grocery King app. To be honest she has been diggin’ this app for a few years now. Tiffany uses this app to keep track of groceries that need to be purchased, but it’s more than that. She uses it to organize the items into aisles in the store so that she can find the items easily as she goes through the store. Not only that, but after she has added all of the items to the shopping list she knows exactly how much she will spend at the store (if she can stay away from any impulse buys). Knowing the amount allows her to stay on budget while making her meal plan.
This show takes place after WW2 where the Japanese and Germans have won the war and taken over the United States. The main character, Juliana Crane, is trying to uncover a dangerous plan for Nazi supremacy.
Laura is usually not a big fan of historical shows or movies but this particular show has really captivated her attention and thoughts. Laura is so blessed to be an American and the many freedoms we possess. The alternative is far worse.
